A non-governmental organization (NGO) is any non-profit, voluntary citizens' group which is organized on a local, national or international level. Task-oriented and driven by people with a common interest, NGOs perform a variety of service and humanitarian functions, bring citizen concerns to Governments, advocate and monitor policies and encourage political participation through provision of information. Some are organized around specific issues, such as human rights, environment or health.

untape.com is a large community site where members contribute material. Posts are rated by the community and sorted according to the ratings.

This pretty old already. I did this for the CPHA. It was fun to work on.
You can't really tell from looking at the front page but this is actually a site done in English, French and Inuktitut.

global research network

This was done for the Global Research Network on HIV Prevention in Drug-Using Populations based in Ottawa.
I created and coded the interface. This site is a front end for a .NET backend that was created by Andornot Consulting.

The site is offline now. It used to be at http://grn-hiv-du.org/default.aspx.
It was cool (trust me on that).
