Content is what it is all about. I will assist you in organizing the content structure. The content flow needs to be intuitive for the end user to find their way through it.
Your users appreciate this and your message stays focused. Intelligent content structure is also really good for Search Engine Optimization. -
Functionality Design
I am not sure exactly what I want my site to do, there are so many options.
Drupal offers very sophisticated functionality straight out of the box. Contributed modules (there are thousand of them) extend this functionality even more.
I will work with you to design a very sophisticated application tailored to your needs. The rule of thumb is, start your site as simple or as complex as you want, then make it more fully featured as your needs change. -
Graphic Design
I am not sure about the "look and feel" that I want for my site.
I create the functionality first then design the interface accordingly. I love to work with designers and can take and look they might create and turn it into an interface. I like the 'simple but elegant' esthetic. -
Search Engine Optimization
How do potential viewers find our site on the web? And when they do, how will I know it?
This does not require black magic or a high priced SEO company.
Intelligent organization of content is essential when it comes to Search Engine Optimization and this is what I do.
Drupal sites by default tend to be very good from an SEO perspective. This and a little common sense and proper use of the available tools makes your content very findable on the web.
I have access to tools that will help provide smart meta data (keywords) if you are really keen on getting up there in the Google search results.
I provide my sites with Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools integration to track the site performance. -
Client Training/Project Documentation
What good is it to have a beautiful Content Management Framework if I don't know how to use the darned thing?
I create sites that have an intuitive user interface for the front end (the viewing audience) and the back end (the content editors and site admins). I produce meaningful online FAQ's for the content editors and site admin. I also provide training for clients, helping them use the provided tools to their best advantage. -
