Drupal Front-End Engineer/Projects

Welcome to my portfolio. Over the past two decades, I have designed, built, and maintained a diverse range of enterprise-level web applications, specializing exclusively in Drupal development.

My work focuses heavily on technical longevity—taking legacy frameworks (ranging from early static HTML to older Drupal 6 and 7 installations) and successfully migrating them into modern, secure, and high-performing Drupal 10 and 11 ecosystems. Below, you will find a curated selection of recent site builds, structural reworks, and custom module deployments, all engineered for optimal scalability, clean content architecture, and seamless user experiences.

All of these projects are categorized.

Client: Canadian Public Health Association

Status: Offline / Historic Archive

This is a vintage look back at a unique, multi-lingual digital campaign developed for the Canadian Public Health Association. Built during the early days of interactive web design, this legacy HTML site was designed to engage audiences across three distinct languages: English, French, and Inuktitut.

While the live campaign is now officially offline, it remains preserved here as a cool, historic snapshot of early public health outreach in Canada. It stands as a testament to localized digital design, complete with its original retro layout and localized resource guides.

Client: Simon Fraser University

Status: Offline / Historic Archive

¡Hola Canada is a web platform developed for Simon Fraser University (SFU). Originally engineered as a Django application featuring a primary Flash user interface, this project involved creating a fully functional, alternative HTML interface to mirror and complement the existing Flash setup.

Key Details & Contributions

  • Interface Development: Developed the alternative, flat HTML interface to ensure cross-platform accessibility and stable functionality, transforming the original Flash application directly into a functional web specification document.
  • Collaborators: The original Flash interface was designed and built by Jer Thorp (formerly of Simon Fraser University).
  • Platform Philosophy: While the HTML version intentionally trades heavy visual animations for streamlined performance, it focuses heavily on high usability and seamless, practical navigation.

The project tells their stories through video, a website, interactive games, archival photographs, posters, and documents. Its purpose is to inform elementary and high school students, and the general public, about the devotion to service, both in war and peace, displayed by these five men, and to inspire others to follow in their exemplary footsteps.
