Launch Date: 13 years 8 months ago
Client: Passion for Action

This project was a very successful one. Cyclists registered on the site. They formed teams and logged the kilometers that they rode on their way to and from work.

This application integrated with a custom built calculator application (built by Passion for Action) that tracked the distances of the individual riders and teams. The site gives participating riders an indication of what kind of positive environmental impact they are having by using the bikes instead of their cars.

I did this site for The Vancouver Area Cycling Coalition (VACC).

"Explore Metro Vancouver on four great bike routes. The MEC Great Rides are here to prove two things once and for all, riding a bike is fun, and the Vancouver region is the best place for biking in the world!"
- this is their tag line

This is a very simple html e-commerce site that sells only one product.
This is one of the few sites that I a have done that I take credit for the graphic design. The design for this is minimalist bit I am happy with it.

Launch Date: 15 years 7 months ago
Client: Simon Fraser University

This is an html site that I coded for the LIDC at Sinon Fraser University. The site designer is Ivana Filipovic.
This is the blurb @ http://mediadesign.sfu.ca/portfolio/ about the project:

"From the Heart" is a multimedia collaboration between the City of Burnaby and the LIDC that showcases the military and civilian careers of five distinguished Freemen of Burnaby. The project tells their stories through video, a website, interactive games, archival photographs, posters, and documents. Its purpose is to inform elementary and high school students, and the general public, about the devotion to service, both in war and peace, displayed by these five men, and to inspire others to follow in their exemplary footsteps. The project received multiple awards from the Columbus International Film and Video Festival.

Client: Simon Fraser University
Website: ¡Hola Canada

This site is a Django application with a Flash interface (done by Jer Thorp who used to work at SFU). I created the alternative HTML interface. This was a fun project in that my spec doc was in fact an was existing Flash application. The html interface does not have a lot of bells and whistles but it is very functional.

I developed this site a long time ago for my friend Elaine Brière. I helped her organize her work to get it online. This site needs updating as Elaine has done a lot of works since this went up.

Launch Date: 17 years 8 months ago
Client: Canadian Public Health Association

This was done for the Global Research Network on HIV Prevention in Drug-Using Populations based in Ottawa.
I created and coded the interface. This site is a front end for a .NET backend that was created by Andornot Consulting.

The site is offline now. It used to be at http://grn-hiv-du.org/default.aspx.
It was cool (trust me on that).
